1 cup flour
½ cup sugar
½ cup cornmeal
3 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup rice milk
1 egg
1 tablespoon oil
Mix together and beat well. Pour into a greased 9 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes. Also makes 12 muffins – bake for 14 minutes.
